Green regulations are becoming increasingly important for companies operating across international markets. In both the European Union and China, new policy frameworks are shaping how businesses manage carbon emissions, environmental compliance, supply chain transparency and sustainable trade.

To support companies in better understanding these developments, Sweden-China Trade Council and IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute welcome you to this online webinar focusing on recent green policy updates in Europe and China.

The webinar will provide an overview of two key regulatory topics: the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and China’s newly issued Environmental Code. Through expert presentations and discussion, the session aims to help companies better understand the policy background, regulatory requirements, implementation challenges and potential business implications.

The event will bring together policy and sustainability experts from IVL to share practical insights and support companies in preparing for evolving environmental and carbon-related requirements in both markets.
