Speakers:

Johan Annell is a Partner at ARC Group and leads the Beijing office. His expertise lies in strategy, M&A business transformation, supply chain and manufacturing. Johan has extensive experience working with large Swedish companies to enhance operations, execute strategies, and establish partnerships in China. He specializes in the automotive sector, industrial equipment,  advanced manufacturing and industrial IT. Johan is fluent in Mandarin and holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology, as well as an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Gothenburg University.

Lars-Åke Severin, Founder of the security consultancy firm PSU and based in Beijing since 2005. One of the few foreigners with truly comprehensive knowledge of risk and compliance in China. Experience from board positions in Swedish industrial companies in China as well as ten years on the board of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in China, including five years as chairman. Lars-Åke also holds a unique background with his background in the Swedish Army, Swedish Police, SÄPO and as the founder of Crown Princess Victoria’s bodyguard team.
