Sweden-China Trade Council is happy to invite you to a lunch discussion on the current business climate in China on April 12, 2024 in Stockholm with Joakim Abeleen, Vice President & Head of Region East Asia and Pacific, Business Sweden and Sweden’s Trade Commissioner to China.

China has established a growth target of around 5% for 2024, and there are clear attempts to stimulate the economy. At the same time, the market is struggling to rebound and consumption has not yet taken off. It will be key for Swedish companies to identify pockets of growth and clarify their China strategy. The market is no longer a guarantee for double digit growth, but there are definitely business opportunities if companies are willing to take an active approach and adapt to the rapidly changing environment.
