There are a total of 27 articles in the document, which mainly include the tutoring purposes, content, methods, time point, and the technology supervision. The document specified that the advisory period should be no less than three months.

• Online platform encourages citizens to report gaming apps allowing minors to break new rules

• China’s Shanxi province suspends coal output amidst heavy flooding

  China’s top coal-producing province, Shanxi, suspended output at 27 mines because of heavy rain and flooding, adding more pressure to an energy crisis gripping the nation. Several parts of the northern province received more than 10 cm of rain as of 8 a.m. At least three rivers have overflowed, and 27 reservoirs have exceeded flood levels across the region. The flooding reignited conversations about disaster preparedness online.

• Domestic tourism rebounds amidst China’s “golden week” national holiday
