Daria Yan

Daria Yan, born in 1986, is Senior Associate at Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå. Born and raised in Shanghai, legally trained in Hong Kong with a master degree in European Law from Stockholm University, Daria started working in Mannheimer Swartling in 2012. For the first seven years she was based in Shanghai/Hong Kong, where she worked with a wide range of China-related matters, such as project structuring, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, intellectual property issues, export control and sanctions in relation to China and Chinese parties across various industries. In 2019 she moved to Malmö and has since then broadened her practice to include Swedish and international matters, with primary focus on corporate commercial, mergers and acquisitions.

Daria speaks and works in English, Swedish and Chinese (native user of Mandarin, Shanghainese, and fluent in Cantonese).

Daria Yan became Substitute Member of the Board of Directors of SCTC in 2022 and was elected Member of the Board of Directors in 2023.
