Daria Yan

Daria Yan, born in 1986, is Senior Legal Counsel at Perstorp Holding AB. Born and raised in Shanghai, legally trained in Hong Kong with a master’s degree from Stockholm University, Daria started working as legal consultant at Mannheimer Swartling in 2012. For the first seven years she was based in Shanghai/Hong Kong, where she worked with a wide range of China-related matters. In 2019 she moved to Malmö and has since then broadened her practice to include Swedish and international matters.

Daria speaks and works in English, Swedish and Chinese (native user of Mandarin, Shanghainese, and fluent in Cantonese).

Daria Yan became Substitute Member of the Board of Directors of SCTC in 2022 and was elected Member of the Board of Directors in 2023.
