This year’s survey focuses on digitalization and smart supply chain, exploring how companies are reconfiguring their supply chains to prioritize resilience, regional diversification, and proactive risk management. It examines the decisive shift toward “China Plus Multiple” strategies, the acceleration of digital adoption, and the growing importance of ESG compliance .The survey also highlights how Southeast Asia, South Asia, and North America are emerging as key complementary hubs, while providing a forward-looking perspective on how leading firms are building sourcing models that emphasize flexibility, visibility, and regional balance over pure cost efficiency.

Johan Annell, Partner, ARC Group. His expertise lies in strategy, M&A business transformation, supply chain and manufacturing. Johan has extensive experience working with large Swedish companies to enhance operations, execute strategies, and establish partnerships in China. He specializes in the automotive sector, industrial equipment, advanced manufacturing and industrial IT. Johan is fluent in Mandarin and holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University of Technology, as well as an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Gothenburg University.
