Sweden-China Green Industry, Innovation & Business Cooperation Meeting

Sweden-China Trade Council (SCTC) is pleased to invite you to the Sweden–China Green Industry, Innovation & Business Cooperation Meeting in Stockholm on 2 September 2026.

A business delegation from Wuxi will visit Stockholm to meet with Swedish companies, organisations and industry experts for an afternoon of exchange, networking and discussions on future cooperation in green industry, sustainable urban development, innovation and trade.

This visit has a particularly strong Swedish connection. One of the key projects to be presented is the Sino-Swedish Eco-City Dual-Carbon Demonstration Block in Wuxi. The Eco-City grew out of a long-standing cooperation between China and Sweden, drawing on Swedish experience and expertise in sustainable urban development.

Building on this shared history, the meeting is an opportunity to reconnect Swedish expertise with the next phase of development in Wuxi and, more broadly, to explore new Sweden–China business opportunities. The delegation is keen to meet Swedish companies and organisations interested in technology collaboration, project development, trade and industrial partnerships.

• Smart city and sustainable urban solutions
• Sustainable building materials and cross-border trade

The meeting will be a small and focused gathering of approximately 30 participants, allowing plenty of opportunity for direct dialogue and networking.
