Keika Lee, born in Uppsala, 1977, is Director of Regulatory Affairs, Inter IKEA Group. She leads regulatory affairs projects aimed at advancing the regulatory agenda, making sure that the IKEA vision of safe, sustainable and affordable products is supported. Keika is responsible for International trade and has an extra focus on China. As China is IKEAs most important purchasing market and has a growing retail market, Keika works closely with the business to build relationships with legislators, regulators and other key stakeholders in China.
Keika has a background from public affairs, change management and business development. With experience from Klarna as Head of People Experience, from the public affairs firm Six Year Plan as CEO, and before that as PMO at KPMG as well as from a fashion start-up, Keika has built a vast understanding of international companies in different markets.
Keika has a Master in Political Science from Uppsala University and studied Japanese and International Relations at Keio University in Tokyo.
Keika Lee became a Board member of SCTC in 2022.
